This month is the 1st anniversary of my dog’s death.
Before the month even started I was ready to feel ONLY negative emotions. I knew, or at least I thought, that it was going to be some bad 4 weeks.
but I chose another path, I decided to start running instead of staying home crying, I decided to expand my projects instead of feeling unmotivated, I decided that this month was going to be WHAT I WANTED!
Life is what YOU make it, not what you think it “might be”, I know the month will bring some difficult moments, and some days I will struggle more than others, but I am ready to cry if I want to and laugh if I need to!

What things you can do to feel better? : These are my tips:
- GO OUT, enjoy the oudoors, the sunlight, the air and even the rain
- MOVE YOUR BODY! a body in movement is a healthy mind, a healthy mind is a happy heart!
- BALANCE , make sure you have a balanced heathing and sleeping habits, believe or not, everything we put in our body and DO with our body, reflects in our mental health
- SUPPORT, make sure you have a good support system, someone who you can reach out to when you need it and be there to listen or being listened!
- FIND YOUR PASSION! Discover something new that you love, this can be sports, crafts or any other activity that takes your mind away of the negativity
Here is for a good month! even with the ups and downs, I’ll get through it!
