Today I want to recommend you this AMAZING BOOK that I got at Barnes and Noble.

Writing has always been a big part of my life in general, but especially of my Mental Health Journey, for me, writing is the best way to release all the emotions (good and bad) that I might have inside of me. it feels like I’m losing some weight every time that I put the words down on paper.
THIS BOOK has AMAZING writing ideas that will inspire you every day, to think, remember or imagine something new, not only you are exercising your brain but it brings memories full of joy or goals for your future!
